We equip workforce developers and community organizations with employer-aligned tools and sector expertise to connect New Yorkers to equitable clean energy careers.

I. Capacity Building

Workforce systems only scale when workforce organizations do. We strengthen the practitioners and community-based partners who guide jobseekers into clean energy careers—especially those historically excluded from opportunity.

Our trainings support workforce developers, career advisors, jobseekers, and CBOs with:

  • employer-aligned sector insights

  • practical advising tools and templates

  • clear pathway literacy (roles, certifications, demand signals)

  • strategies for equitable placement and retention

Accelerator for Workforce Developers

A hands-on training program that equips workforce organizations with the frameworks, tools, and employer alignment strategies needed to place more New Yorkers into clean energy careers.

Clean Energy Career Exploration Series

A curated learning series designed to build sector knowledge and career confidence—helping jobseekers and practitioners understand the clean energy landscape and real pathways into employment.

A structured employer coalition that elevates employer voice, clarifies hiring needs, and strengthens the alignment between training supply and labor market demand.

Bronx E-Mobility Workforce Convening

A cross-sector convening focused on aligning workforce pathways with emerging e-mobility roles and employer needs—supporting equitable access and local implementation.

We provide advisory support to help clean energy stakeholders design, fund, and scale high-impact clean energy workforce initiatives. Our work focuses on translating ambitious ideas into actionable strategies that align with employer demand, funding priorities, and equity goals.
