The Challenge
The clean energy transition is fragmented and siloed, which limits our ability to scale, respond to employer demand, and achieve equitable outcomes. Technology alone isn’t enough; the transition requires a coordinated workforce ecosystem capable of supporting communities into sustainable pathways.
Our Solution
Build a unified workforce ecosystem that accelerates clean energy growth by ensuring training programs reliably produce job-ready candidates who meet employer demand and expand equitable access.
We equip workforce developers and community organizations with employer-aligned tools and sector expertise to connect New Yorkers to equitable clean energy careers.

We advise clean energy stakeholders on employer-aligned workforce strategy, helping them design, fund, and scale initiatives from concept to measurable impact.
